There’s a quiet strength in choosing growth when life feels anything but gentle.
Our Growth Mindset design is an evolution of our first release, Grow Through What You Go Through. These designs are inspired by one of the most challenging chapters in my life. It was one marked by pain, uncertainty, and the slow search for answers.
For over a year, I walked a road filled with questions. Doctors’ visits blurred together. Test after test, appointment after appointment — yet no clear diagnosis. The physical pain was one thing, but the emotional toll was something I never expected. My body was failing me, and the hardest moment came when I couldn't extend my arms because my elbows locked. My heart broke when I realized I couldn’t even hold my children. I felt helpless and far from the person I once knew.
When I finally got my diagnosis, mixed connective tissue disease, I was filled with excitement believing the road to recovery would be quick and I would be able to reclaim my life. Little did I know, I had another year ahead of me filled with trials. It started another journey of trial and error, where finding the right medications came with it’s own set of challenges. I was learning the hard way that healing isn't linear. Every time a medication failed and I had to start over, I felt defeated. The hope I had clung to would crack just a little more. But somehow, I kept going.
In those moments, staying positive didn’t come naturally. It was a fight. And through that fight, I began to understand the power of a growth mindset. Not the kind that simply says “stay strong,” but the kind that says: You can grow even here. Even now.
This design is more than just words. It’s a reminder. A lifeline. A quiet encouragement for anyone going through a hard time — to keep going, to keep growing.
Two Stories Interwoven in One Design
We’ve created two variations of this design to honor where we come from and the strength that has shaped us.
The Sampaguita, the national flower of the Philippines, represents love, strength, and hope. These are the qualities that inspire our brand. Like the Sampaguita, our journey is rooted in perseverance and passion.
The Hibiscus is more than just the state flower of Hawaii. It symbolizes beauty, strength, and the aloha spirit. Its vibrant presence reflects the warmth, resilience, and courage that shape our brand and inspire our journey.
